The Importance of Creative Development

Creativity... Why is it so important?

It has always been a part of the educational system as children are thought to be continuously developing their imagination and creativity across the curriculum. Children's curiosity to learn keeps them engaged in creative and imaginative topics. These include art, craft, design, music and dance.

Everyone has the ability to be creative it is just about communicating your ideas in a way that suits you. Children are motivated by a variety of things in each stage of their development.

Many skills developed are

  • modelling
  • listening
  • discussing
  • communicating
  • thinking
